JOB OPENING: TEKLA ENGINEER
ACE VISION METAL AND STEEL WORKS LLC – DUBAI

EXPEREINCE – 3-5 Yrs of Experience in Steel Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

1. 1. Expert in Tekla Structures for 3D modelling, detailing, and generating accurate fabrication/shop drawings
   2. Proficient in AutoCAD for layout coordination, revision tracking, and reference drawing management
   3. Capable of handling the entire design workflow, from conceptual stage to drawing submission and client/consultant approval
   4. Hands-on experience with villa, commercial, and light industrial building structures within the GCC, ensuring familiarity with regional standards and practices
   5. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
   6. Confident in presenting, discussing, and defending design and detailing solutions in technical meetings and reviews
   7. Sound knowledge of fabrication and erection processes, ensuring constructible and practical designs for execution
   8. Proven ability to liaise with fabrication shops and site teams for drawing clarifications, RFIs, and real-time problem-solving
   9. Familiar with steel material standards, connection detailing practices, and project documentation requirements
   10. Ability to perform material take-offs (MTOs), generate BOMs, and support procurement based on Tekla output
   11. Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
   12. Experience in coordinating with BIM teams and integrating Tekla models into wider project workflows is a plus
